Operator cutting

Material Inspection & Cutting
Wood and board materials are checked against the approved specification, then sized and prepared for routing, drilling or shaping. Cutting plans are arranged to improve consistency and material yield.
Founded in 2014 in Cao County, Heze, Shandong Province, our 13,000 sq m production base combines experienced operators with CNC routing, panel cutting, edge processing, sanding, finishing, printing, assembly and export packing for OEM and ODM wooden products.
For OEM and ODM wooden homeware projects, we can align production photos, sample approval records, inspection checkpoints and export packing details with your purchasing process.
These photographs show our actual Cao County work areas, operators, machinery, sample room and packed-goods storage. Factory visits, live video walkthroughs and third-party inspections can be arranged by project.

Operator cutting

Wood and board materials are checked against the approved specification, then sized and prepared for routing, drilling or shaping. Cutting plans are arranged to improve consistency and material yield.
CNC routing

Digital drawings are translated into repeatable cutting, routing, drilling and engraving operations. Fixtures and first-piece checks help maintain dimensions across repeat and volume orders.
Surface preparation

Machine sanding and operator finishing are combined according to product geometry. Edges, corners, faces and joint areas are reviewed before coating, printing or assembly.
Assembly & detail work

Components are assembled to the approved structure, followed by buyer-specified color, coating, printing, engraving or branding. Finish standards are matched to the signed-off sample.
Final inspection

Critical dimensions, fit, surface condition, color, logo placement and quantity are checked against the approved specification. Inspection photos or third-party inspection support can be arranged.
Buyer-specified packing

Retail, private-label, mail-order, Amazon/FBA and transit packaging can be produced to buyer requirements. Carton marks, labels, quantities and shipment documents are checked before handover.
