01 · Terms & currency

Quotations, Proforma Invoices and Trade Terms

Every order begins with a written quotation. Once the specification, quantity, packaging and delivery terms are confirmed, we issue a proforma invoice that lists the products, unit prices, total value, trade term, currency, validity period and the payment schedule applicable to that order.

What the proforma invoice includes

Direct answer: Quotations are normally issued in USD. EUR and other currencies can be discussed where banking is practical. The proforma invoice is the reference document for both payment and production.

02 · Accepted methods

Accepted Payment Methods for B2B Orders

We use payment methods that are standard for international B2B manufacturing and that protect both sides of the transaction. The method for a specific order is confirmed in the proforma invoice, taking order value, production requirements and cooperation history into account.

Commonly used methods

Direct answer: T/T bank transfer is the standard method; L/C at sight is available for qualifying orders. Any other method — including platform or escrow arrangements — must be agreed in writing in the proforma invoice before it is used.

03 · Payment schedule

Typical Payment Schedule for Production Orders

The schedule matches the milestones of a custom manufacturing program: specification approval, material purchasing, production and shipment. For a typical new order, production is scheduled once the deposit is received, and the goods are shipped once the balance has been settled according to the agreed trade term.

How the schedule usually works

Direct answer: A typical new order is 30% deposit to begin production and 70% balance before shipment. The exact percentages and trigger points are always stated in the proforma invoice for that order.

04 · Payment security

Payment Security and Beneficiary Verification

International buyers are regularly targeted by payment-diversion fraud, where criminals impersonate a supplier and send new or "updated" bank details by email. We therefore ask every buyer to treat beneficiary verification as a standard step of each payment, not a one-time formality.

Verification steps we ask buyers to follow

Direct answer: Bank details should always be verified through an established contact before payment, and any change of beneficiary information must be independently confirmed before a transfer is made.

Payment FAQ

Which currencies do you accept?

Quotations are normally issued in USD. EUR and other currencies can be discussed where banking arrangements are practical; the agreed currency is stated in the proforma invoice.

Can I pay the full amount in advance?

Advance payment is possible, but the deposit-and-balance schedule is recommended because it links each payment to a production milestone. If you prefer a different structure, discuss it during quotation so it can be written into the proforma invoice.

When exactly is the balance payment due?

The trigger for the balance — for example shipment, or receipt of a copy of the bill of lading — depends on the trade term and is stated in the proforma invoice. Production and shipping follow the confirmed schedule once payment is received.

Do you accept letters of credit?

L/C at sight can be accepted for qualifying larger orders. The issuing bank, clauses, document requirements and bank fees are reviewed and agreed before the L/C is opened, so both sides understand the conditions.

How do I know your bank details are genuine?

Verify the beneficiary name, bank, account number and SWIFT code against the proforma invoice, and confirm them with a known contact by phone or WhatsApp before the first transfer and before any payment after details appear to change. Never act on emailed bank-detail changes without independent confirmation.

Can sample charges be paid with the deposit?

Sample charges are normally handled separately so sampling can start immediately. If a project moves to production, how the sample charge is treated — refunded, credited or offset — is confirmed in the order discussion.
