Custom Wooden Product RFQ Checklist for B2B Buyers
The information that helps a factory quote faster and reduces changes during sampling and bulk production.

Provide a clear product reference
Send a dimensioned drawing when available. A reference image can communicate style, but it may not define construction, tolerances or packaging. Physical samples are useful when surface feel, joinery or proportions are difficult to explain.
Include the commercial requirements
A useful RFQ combines product specifications with the order plan. This lets the manufacturer review production setup, packing volume and sample scope before quoting.

Confirm changes in writing
During sampling, record each approved change to size, material, finish, logo, label and packing. Before mass production, confirm the final sample, specification, quantity, carton configuration and inspection requirements in one controlled version.
