Company & Manufacturing Capability

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Caoxian Qingtanmu Craft Co., Ltd is a wooden homeware manufacturer in Cao County, Heze, Shandong, China. Our manufacturing base has operated since 2014 and supports product development, sampling, machining, sanding, finishing, logo application, inspection and export packing.

What products do you manufacture?

Our main scope includes wooden storage boxes, organizers, crates, trays, shelves, pegboards, mirrors, small tables, desks, pet beds, feeding stations, cat furniture and decorative wooden products. We also review buyer-designed products that fit our equipment and material capabilities.

What is your factory size and monthly capacity?

The facility covers approximately 13,000 square metres, employs 69 people and supports approximate monthly capacity of 230,000 pieces. Actual available capacity depends on product complexity, size, finish, packaging and the confirmed production schedule.

Which markets do you serve?

Our main export markets include the United States, Europe and Japan. Specifications, packaging and documentation are reviewed against the intended destination because requirements differ by market and product use.

Can buyers visit or audit the factory?

Factory visits, video meetings and buyer-appointed audits can be coordinated by appointment. Tell us the purpose, preferred date, attendee information and audit protocol so the appropriate team and production areas can be prepared.

Customization & Product Development

Can you manufacture from drawings, photos or physical samples?

Yes. We can review dimensioned drawings, CAD files, reference photos or physical samples. Before sampling, we confirm the construction, material, dimensions, finish, logo, packaging and any test requirements in a written specification.

Which wood materials can be used?

Common options include paulownia, pine, poplar, oak, acacia, plywood and MDF. Other woods or panels can be evaluated according to appearance, strength, weight, moisture, cost, availability, destination requirements and target retail price.

Can dimensions, structure and hardware be customized?

Yes. Length, width, height, thickness, hole spacing, joinery, hardware, mounting method, load target and assembly format can be customized. Feasibility and tolerances are confirmed during engineering review and sampling.

What surface finishes are available?

Options may include fine sanding, clear coating, stain, paint, printing, distressed effects and other buyer-specified treatments. Finish approval should include colour reference, sheen, coverage, surface feel and any applicable chemical or durability requirements.

What logo and branding methods do you support?

Depending on material and design, branding can include laser engraving, printing, stamping, metal badges, labels, stickers, inserts and branded packaging. Artwork format, position, size, colour and acceptable appearance are confirmed before sampling.

Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes. OEM projects follow buyer drawings or samples; ODM support can include material suggestions, construction adjustments, finish options and packaging recommendations. The buyer remains responsible for confirming intellectual-property rights for supplied designs and branding.

MOQ, Quotation & Payment

What is your minimum order quantity?

Typical MOQ is 50–100 pieces per design. Final MOQ depends on material purchasing, product size, machining setup, finish, logo process and packaging. Mixed sizes or colours may be discussed when they share the same construction and production setup.

What information is needed for an accurate quotation?

Please provide product images or drawings, dimensions, material preference, finish, logo, packaging, order quantity, destination country and target timing. If some details are undecided, tell us the product use and price position so practical options can be proposed.

Why can the final price differ from an initial estimate?

Wood species, moisture grade, dimensions, thickness, hardware, finish steps, testing, packaging and order volume all affect cost. A firm quotation is issued after the specification and packing method are sufficiently defined.

Can several products be combined in one order?

Mixed-product orders can be reviewed. Each design may still have its own production MOQ, tooling or packaging requirements. Consolidation is planned after quantities, carton dimensions, readiness dates and shipping method are known.

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice according to order value, production requirements and cooperation history. Bank details should always be verified through an established contact before payment; any change of beneficiary information must be independently confirmed.

Samples, Lead Time & Production

How long does sample development take?

Typical sampling takes 5–10 days after the specification, artwork and sample charge are confirmed. Complex structures, special hardware, custom colours or new packaging may require additional time.

Can a sample be revised before mass production?

Yes. Buyer comments are reviewed and the revised points are recorded. Depending on the change, we may update the existing sample, make a new sample or confirm a controlled change through drawings, colour references or component photos.

What is the typical mass-production lead time?

Mass production is usually approximately 25–30 days after sample approval, order confirmation and required payment. The confirmed lead time depends on quantity, complexity, material readiness, finish curing, inspection and packaging.

How do you keep bulk production consistent with the approved sample?

The approved sample or signed specification becomes the production reference. Key material, dimensions, construction, colour, logo and packing points are translated into production and inspection checkpoints.

Can you provide production updates?

Yes. Photos, videos and buyer-defined checkpoints can be included in the order follow-up plan. Important approval points should be agreed before production so they do not delay the schedule.

Quality Control, Testing & Compliance

What quality checks are performed?

Checks can cover incoming materials, dimensions, moisture, construction, sanding, colour, coating, logo, function, assembly, appearance, carton marks and packing. The inspection level and acceptance criteria can be aligned with the buyer before production.

Can third-party inspections be arranged?

Yes. Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspections by buyer-appointed or qualified third parties can be coordinated. Inspection scope, sampling plan, report format and responsibility for fees should be confirmed in advance.

Can you support FSC or PEFC wood sourcing?

Responsible-wood sourcing options can be discussed for projects that require them. The exact certificate holder, supply-chain scope, wood claim, validity and transaction documentation must be confirmed for the specific material and order before any claim is printed or published.

Can you support REACH, CARB/TSCA, FDA or LFGB testing?

Applicable materials, coatings, adhesives and finished products can be prepared for agreed third-party testing. The correct standard depends on the product, material, intended use and destination market, so the test scope should be defined before sampling or production.

Can you support BSCI, SMETA/Sedex or buyer audits?

Social-responsibility and buyer-appointed audit requirements can be reviewed and coordinated according to the requested protocol and project timing. Any public compliance statement should reference valid, in-scope documentation.

How are compliance documents verified?

Before order approval, buyers should verify the certificate holder, issuing body, audit or report number, validity period, covered site, material or product scope and destination applicability. We provide or coordinate the project documents agreed in the quotation.

Packaging, Shipping & After-Sales

Can you make retail or private-label packaging?

Yes. Options can include individual boxes, colour boxes, mail-order cartons, inserts, labels, barcodes, instruction sheets and carton marks. Packaging is developed around product protection, presentation, shipping route and buyer requirements.

Do you support Amazon/FBA packaging?

Yes. FBA-oriented packaging, labels and carton marks can be prepared according to buyer-provided requirements. Because platform rules can change, the buyer should provide the current marketplace specification for final confirmation.

Can packaging be tested before shipment?

Packaging checks or agreed drop, vibration, compression and transit tests can be arranged where suitable. Test method, packed weight, drop height, acceptance criteria and responsible laboratory should be confirmed in the project specification.

Which ports and shipping terms can be used?

Qingdao or another suitable China port can be arranged according to cargo location, routing and destination. EXW, FOB, CIF or other commercial terms can be discussed and stated in the quotation.

What happens if there is a quality issue after delivery?

Please retain cartons, labels and affected products, then provide the order number, quantities, photos, videos and a clear description. We review the evidence against the approved specification and agree appropriate corrective action according to the confirmed order terms.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

Inquiry reception is available 24/7 by website form and WhatsApp. A complete response or quotation may require the sales, engineering and production teams to review the specification, but we acknowledge requests as quickly as practical.
